Excel is a multi-purpose tool that is used in businesses, schools, and personal purposes to enable organization and clarity with data of all sorts. ABOUT OUR PROGRAM Our Excel program is designed for individuals beginning ages 12 and older. Whether you are in middle school, college, or well within your career journey this tool can be learned and used to make a significant impact within any organization. This program is taught using a step by step approach, allowing participants to be able to comprehend and understand the different features of Excel. Starting with the intermediate stage while journeying to the more complex and advanced stages. Not only will students have the ability to add value to their work while in school or the workplace, but they will be able to acquire a sound skillset that could be an advantageous mechanism that is needed in almost every business operation. It’s not easy and it’s certainly not difficult to learn and become acquainted with Excel, however, this is only the case as long as the fundamental aspects have been learned. HERE'S WHY WE BELIEVE LEARNING HOW TO USE EXCEL IS VITAL The features of Excel attract many individuals because it provides an easy and smart way to organize data in rows and columns. This helps to provide clarity, direction, and analytics to what may have been unknown. The smart calculator feature helps to simplify even the most complicated mathematical problems as well as help to provide analytical insights. Aside from being a useful tool for employability purposes, Excel can provide great benefits in everyday life, such as being used for organizing and managing personal finances. Excel is a proven tool that can make a person’s job much easier. Especially for certain career industries. COST The cost per individual session is $35. The group rates varies and is determined by the number of participants enrolled SCHEDULE Each session will last for 1 hour and are taught on Tuesdays & Thursdays between 5-8 pm, and Saturdays between 10 am-1 pm. As a safety precaution, this program will only be taught virtually due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Materials Needed for this program: • Access to a computer or laptop • Access to a Microsoft Excel application
